       1-4月份,全(quan)國固(gu)定(ding)資(zi)(zi)(zi)產(chan)(chan)(chan)投資(zi)(zi)(zi)(不含農戶)147024億元,同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)4.0%;扣除房(fang)地產(chan)(chan)(chan)開(kai)發(fa)投資(zi)(zi)(zi),全(quan)國固(gu)定(ding)資(zi)(zi)(zi)產(chan)(chan)(chan)投資(zi)(zi)(zi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)8.0%。分領域看,基礎設施投資(zi)(zi)(zi)同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)5.8%,制造業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)投資(zi)(zi)(zi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)8.8%,房(fang)地產(chan)(chan)(chan)開(kai)發(fa)投資(zi)(zi)(zi)下(xia)降(jiang)10.3%。全(quan)國新建商品房(fang)銷售面積28262萬(wan)平方米,同(tong)比(bi)下(xia)降(jiang)2.8%;新建商品房(fang)銷售額27035億元,下(xia)降(jiang)3.2%。分產(chan)(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)看,第(di)(di)一產(chan)(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)投資(zi)(zi)(zi)同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)13.2%,第(di)(di)二(er)產(chan)(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)投資(zi)(zi)(zi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)11.7%,第(di)(di)三(san)產(chan)(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)投資(zi)(zi)(zi)下(xia)降(jiang)0.2%。民間投資(zi)(zi)(zi)同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)0.2%;扣除房(fang)地產(chan)(chan)(chan)開(kai)發(fa)投資(zi)(zi)(zi),民間投資(zi)(zi)(zi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)5.8%。高技術產(chan)(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)中,信息(xi)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye),計(ji)算機(ji)及辦公設備(bei)制造業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye),航空、航天器(qi)及設備(bei)制造業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye),專業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)技術服(fu)務(wu)(wu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)投資(zi)(zi)(zi)同(tong)比(bi)分別增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)40.6%、28.9%、23.9%、17.6%。4月份,固(gu)定(ding)資(zi)(zi)(zi)產(chan)(chan)(chan)投資(zi)(zi)(zi)(不含農戶)環比(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)0.10%。

       五、貨物進出口持續增長,貿易結構繼續優化

       4月份(fen),貨(huo)(huo)物進(jin)出(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)總(zong)(zong)額(e)38391億(yi)(yi)(yi)元(yuan),同(tong)比(bi)增長(chang)(chang)5.6%。其中,出(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)22645億(yi)(yi)(yi)元(yuan),增長(chang)(chang)9.3%;進(jin)口(kou)(kou)15745億(yi)(yi)(yi)元(yuan),增長(chang)(chang)0.8%。1-4月份(fen),貨(huo)(huo)物進(jin)出(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)總(zong)(zong)額(e)141389億(yi)(yi)(yi)元(yuan),同(tong)比(bi)增長(chang)(chang)2.4%。其中,出(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)83938億(yi)(yi)(yi)元(yuan),增長(chang)(chang)7.5%;進(jin)口(kou)(kou)57452億(yi)(yi)(yi)元(yuan),下降4.2%。1-4月份(fen),一般貿易進(jin)出(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)增長(chang)(chang)0.6%,占(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)進(jin)出(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)總(zong)(zong)額(e)的比(bi)重(zhong)(zhong)為(wei)64.0%。民營企業進(jin)出(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)增長(chang)(chang)6.8%,占(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)進(jin)出(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)總(zong)(zong)額(e)的比(bi)重(zhong)(zhong)為(wei)56.9%,比(bi)上年同(tong)期提高2.3個(ge)百分點(dian)。機電產品出(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)增長(chang)(chang)9.5%,占(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)出(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)總(zong)(zong)額(e)的比(bi)重(zhong)(zhong)為(wei)60.1%。

       六、就業形勢總體穩定,城鎮調查失業率下降
