10月份工業生產增速小幅回升

隨(sui)著國家能源保供穩價政策的有力推進(jin),10月(yue)份工業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)產增速(su)出現回升。從三大門(men)類看,采礦業(ye)(ye)、電氣(qi)水的生(sheng)(sheng)產和供應業(ye)(ye)增速(su)均比(bi)9月(yue)份加快,制造業(ye)(ye)中高技術、裝(zhuang)備、消費品行業(ye)(ye)均有不同(tong)程度(du)回升。
一(yi)是(shi)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)速(su)小(xiao)幅回(hui)(hui)升(sheng)。10月(yue)份(fen),全國規模以(yi)上工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)值(zhi)同比增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長3.5%,兩年平(ping)均(jun)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長5.2%(以(yi)2019年相(xiang)應(ying)同期數(shu)(shu)為基數(shu)(shu),采用幾何平(ping)均(jun)的方法計算),增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)速(su)較(jiao)(jiao)上月(yue)分(fen)別加(jia)快(kuai)0.4、0.2個百分(fen)點(dian),分(fen)別為年內和(he)5月(yue)份(fen)以(yi)來首次回(hui)(hui)升(sheng)。分(fen)門類看,采礦業(ye)(ye)、電(dian)力熱力燃氣及水(shui)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)和(he)供應(ying)業(ye)(ye)得益于能源保供政策(ce)發力、優(you)質煤炭產(chan)(chan)能加(jia)速(su)釋放,增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)值(zhi)分(fen)別增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長6.0%、11.1%,較(jiao)(jiao)上月(yue)分(fen)別加(jia)快(kuai)2.8、1.4個百分(fen)點(dian);制造業(ye)(ye)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長2.5%,增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)速(su)穩中有升(sheng)。半數(shu)(shu)行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)和(he)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)速(su)回(hui)(hui)升(sheng)。41個工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)大類行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)中,22個行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)速(su)較(jiao)(jiao)上月(yue)回(hui)(hui)升(sheng),占53.7%,數(shu)(shu)量(liang)較(jiao)(jiao)上月(yue)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)10個;612種(zhong)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)主(zhu)要產(chan)(chan)品(pin)中,295種(zhong)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)產(chan)(chan)量(liang)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)速(su)較(jiao)(jiao)上月(yue)回(hui)(hui)升(sheng),占48.2%,數(shu)(shu)量(liang)較(jiao)(jiao)上月(yue)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)114種(zhong)。1—10月(yue)份(fen),規上工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)值(zhi)同比增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長10.9%,兩年平(ping)均(jun)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長6.3%。
二是(shi)高(gao)(gao)技術和裝備(bei)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)業(ye)帶(dai)動作用持續增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)強。10月份,規(gui)模以(yi)上高(gao)(gao)技術和裝備(bei)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)業(ye)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)值同比分別(bie)(bie)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)14.7%、4.7%,增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)速(su)(su)(su)較上月分別(bie)(bie)加(jia)快0.7、0.4個(ge)百分點,分別(bie)(bie)拉動工業(ye)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)2.2、1.6個(ge)百分點,對工業(ye)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)的帶(dai)動作用持續增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)強。其中,作為工業(ye)第(di)一(yi)大行業(ye)的電(dian)(dian)子行業(ye)同比大幅增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)14.0%,增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)速(su)(su)(su)較上月加(jia)快4.5個(ge)百分點;航(hang)空航(hang)天器(qi)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)業(ye)、計算機及辦公設備(bei)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)業(ye)、醫(yi)藥(yao)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)業(ye)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)速(su)(su)(su)均在(zai)15%以(yi)上。受產(chan)(chan)(chan)業(ye)綠色轉型升(sheng)級(ji)、智能消費需求增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)、工業(ye)自(zi)動化(hua)率(lv)提高(gao)(gao)等(deng)(deng)因素影響,新興產(chan)(chan)(chan)品產(chan)(chan)(chan)量保(bao)持較快增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)。10月份,新能源汽車產(chan)(chan)(chan)量大幅增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)127.9%,繼續保(bao)持成倍(bei)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang);自(zi)動售貨機售票機、太陽能電(dian)(dian)池(chi)、工業(ye)機器(qi)人產(chan)(chan)(chan)量同比分別(bie)(bie)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)33.3%、12.3%、10.6%;集(ji)成電(dian)(dian)路、單晶(jing)硅、印制(zhi)(zhi)電(dian)(dian)路板等(deng)(deng)重要電(dian)(dian)子產(chan)(chan)(chan)品產(chan)(chan)(chan)量均保(bao)持兩位數增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)。
三是近八成消費(fei)品(pin)(pin)行業生產(chan)(chan)有所加(jia)(jia)(jia)快(kuai)(kuai)。10月份(fen),規模以上(shang)(shang)消費(fei)品(pin)(pin)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)業增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)(jia)(jia)值(zhi)同(tong)比增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)6.5%,兩年(nian)平均增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)4.4%,增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)速(su)較(jiao)(jiao)上(shang)(shang)月分(fen)(fen)別加(jia)(jia)(jia)快(kuai)(kuai)1.4、0.3個(ge)百分(fen)(fen)點。受(shou)季節性需(xu)求增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)(jia)(jia)、為電商促銷和海外圣(sheng)誕季積(ji)極備貨等(deng)(deng)因(yin)素帶動,近八成消費(fei)品(pin)(pin)大類行業增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)(jia)(jia)值(zhi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)速(su)較(jiao)(jiao)上(shang)(shang)月加(jia)(jia)(jia)快(kuai)(kuai),消費(fei)拉動力(li)明顯(xian)提升。其中(zhong),煙草、酒(jiu)飲料精制(zhi)(zhi)茶(cha)、紡織服飾、食(shi)品(pin)(pin)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)業增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)(jia)(jia)值(zhi)分(fen)(fen)別增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)11.9%、9.2%、8.2%、6.8%,增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)速(su)較(jiao)(jiao)上(shang)(shang)月分(fen)(fen)別加(jia)(jia)(jia)快(kuai)(kuai)10.5、5.6、3.0、4.0個(ge)百分(fen)(fen)點。從主要產(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)看,鮮(xian)冷藏(zang)肉、飲料、啤酒(jiu)產(chan)(chan)量(liang)同(tong)比分(fen)(fen)別增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)27.6%、20.8%、16.7%;蠶絲被、亞麻布、果汁和蔬菜(cai)汁類飲料等(deng)(deng)消費(fei)升級產(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)產(chan)(chan)量(liang)均保(bao)持(chi)兩位數增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)。
四(si)是(shi)工(gong)業出口(kou)(kou)(kou)保(bao)(bao)持(chi)(chi)兩位(wei)數(shu)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)。10月份,規模以上(shang)工(gong)業出口(kou)(kou)(kou)交貨值(zhi)同比增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)11.6%,延續年初(chu)以來兩位(wei)數(shu)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)態勢;兩年平均(jun)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)7.9%,增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)速(su)較上(shang)月加快0.8個百分點,充分體現了外(wai)貿發(fa)展活力和韌性。其中,醫藥制造(zao)業出口(kou)(kou)(kou)交貨值(zhi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)68.4%,繼續保(bao)(bao)持(chi)(chi)高速(su)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang);海外(wai)市場高需求拉動汽(qi)車(che)出口(kou)(kou)(kou)交貨值(zhi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)41.8%;化工(gong)、金(jin)屬制品、專用設(she)(she)備(bei)行業出口(kou)(kou)(kou)交貨值(zhi)分別增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)43.2%、33.8%、23.3%,保(bao)(bao)持(chi)(chi)快速(su)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)態勢;電氣機(ji)械、通用設(she)(she)備(bei)、文教體育用品均(jun)保(bao)(bao)持(chi)(chi)10%以上(shang)的較快增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)。
10月(yue)份工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)生產(chan)增速(su)雖有所回(hui)升,但工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)發(fa)展仍(reng)面臨較多困難(nan)和不(bu)確(que)定(ding)(ding)性,工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)品價格高(gao)位運行,中下游行業(ye)(ye)、私營(ying)和中小微企業(ye)(ye)穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)恢復尚不(bu)牢固,產(chan)業(ye)(ye)鏈堵點依然明(ming)顯。下階段(duan),要綜合(he)施策,在統籌做(zuo)好(hao)疫(yi)情防(fang)控的(de)同時,落實好(hao)針(zhen)對制(zhi)造業(ye)(ye)企業(ye)(ye)的(de)各項惠企紓困措施,全力(li)做(zuo)好(hao)保(bao)供穩(wen)價工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),暢通(tong)產(chan)業(ye)(ye)鏈供應鏈,促進工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)經濟(ji)健康穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)運行。
