據中國汽車工業協會統計分析,2019年11月,汽車(che)產銷(xiao)表現總體(ti)好于上月,其(qi)中產量增速明(ming)顯高(gao)于銷(xiao)量,商用車(che)表現好于乘用車(che)。1-11月,汽車(che)產銷(xiao)同比依然下降,但產銷(xiao)降幅比1-10月繼續呈小幅收窄。

從11月(yue)(yue)產(chan)銷數據(ju)完成情況看,產(chan)銷量(liang)(liang)(liang)繼續(xu)(xu)回(hui)升,產(chan)銷量(liang)(liang)(liang)恢復到250萬輛左右的較高(gao)的水平,尤其是產(chan)量(liang)(liang)(liang)同(tong)(tong)比呈(cheng)現了(le)正增長(chang),一方(fang)面反(fan)映企業(ye)在連續(xu)(xu)降(jiang)(jiang)低庫存(cun)水平后,開始回(hui)補(bu)庫存(cun),生產(chan)節奏有所(suo)恢復;另一方(fang)面也反(fan)映了(le)企業(ye)對今后的市(shi)場(chang)信(xin)心有所(suo)恢復。本(ben)月(yue)(yue)新(xin)能源汽車則繼續(xu)(xu)呈(cheng)現下降(jiang)(jiang),已連續(xu)(xu)5個(ge)月(yue)(yue)同(tong)(tong)比下滑,累(lei)計產(chan)銷量(liang)(liang)(liang)同(tong)(tong)比僅實現微弱增長(chang),全年(nian)或呈(cheng)現負增長(chang)。

四季度以來,我國汽車(che)產(chan)銷降(jiang)幅雖然繼續保(bao)持收窄(zhai)的(de)(de)態(tai)勢,但市場總體回升緩慢,消費信心仍不足。12月6日,中(zhong)共(gong)中(zhong)央政治(zhi)局召開(kai)會議,分(fen)析(xi)研(yan)究了2020年經(jing)濟工(gong)作(zuo),認為(wei)經(jing)濟運(yun)行(xing)在合(he)理(li)區間,當前和今后一個時(shi)期(qi),我國經(jing)濟穩(wen)(wen)中(zhong)向(xiang)好、長(chang)期(qi)向(xiang)好的(de)(de)基(ji)本趨勢沒有變。并且指出,要全面做(zuo)好“六(liu)穩(wen)(wen)”工(gong)作(zuo),統籌推進穩(wen)(wen)增長(chang)、促(cu)改革、調結構、惠民生、防風(feng)險、保(bao)穩(wen)(wen)定(ding)。因此(ci),中(zhong)國汽車(che)產(chan)業(ye)仍將保(bao)持穩(wen)(wen)定(ding)發展。

總體而言,11月(yue)汽車工業大(da)致運行特(te)點如下(xia):

1.汽車情況

⑴.汽車產量同比(bi)增長,銷量降幅(fu)繼續收窄(zhai)

11月,汽車產量(liang)同比增長,銷(xiao)量(liang)同比降(jiang)幅(fu)繼續收窄(zhai)。產銷(xiao)量(liang)分(fen)別(bie)完(wan)成259.3萬(wan)(wan)輛和(he)245.7萬(wan)(wan)輛,環比分(fen)別(bie)增長13%和(he)7.6%,產量(liang)同比增長3.8%,銷(xiao)量(liang)同比下降(jiang)3.6%,銷(xiao)量(liang)同比降(jiang)幅(fu)比上(shang)月收窄(zhai)0.5個(ge)百分(fen)點。

1-11月,汽車產銷分別完成2303.8萬輛和2311萬輛,產銷量同比分別下降9%和9.1%,產銷量降幅比1-10月分別收窄1.4和0.6個百分點。

⑵.乘用車銷量降(jiang)幅繼(ji)續縮小(xiao)

11月,乘用(yong)車產(chan)銷分(fen)(fen)別完成216.3萬輛和205.7萬輛,均達到了今年(nian)以(yi)來的(de)月度最高水(shui)平,產(chan)銷量(liang)環比分(fen)(fen)別增長11.6%和6.7%,產(chan)量(liang)同比增長1.9%,銷量(liang)同比下降(jiang)5.4%,降(jiang)幅比上月縮(suo)小0.4個百分(fen)(fen)點。

1-11月,乘(cheng)(cheng)用(yong)車產銷(xiao)(xiao)分(fen)(fen)(fen)別(bie)完成1917.5萬輛和(he)1923.1萬輛,產銷(xiao)(xiao)量(liang)同(tong)(tong)(tong)比分(fen)(fen)(fen)別(bie)下(xia)降(jiang)10.7%和(he)10.5%。產銷(xiao)(xiao)量(liang)降(jiang)幅比1-10月繼續收(shou)窄(zhai)。乘(cheng)(cheng)用(yong)車四類車型產銷(xiao)(xiao)情況看:轎車產銷(xiao)(xiao)量(liang)同(tong)(tong)(tong)比均下(xia)降(jiang)11.7%;SUV產銷(xiao)(xiao)量(liang)同(tong)(tong)(tong)比分(fen)(fen)(fen)別(bie)下(xia)降(jiang)8.6%和(he)7.1%;MPV產銷(xiao)(xiao)量(liang)同(tong)(tong)(tong)比分(fen)(fen)(fen)別(bie)下(xia)降(jiang)18.2%和(he)20.7%;交叉型乘(cheng)(cheng)用(yong)車產銷(xiao)(xiao)量(liang)同(tong)(tong)(tong)比分(fen)(fen)(fen)別(bie)下(xia)降(jiang)4.6%和(he)13.3%。

⑶.商用車產銷量保持增(zeng)長

11月,商用(yong)車產銷分(fen)別(bie)完(wan)成(cheng)43萬(wan)輛和(he)40萬(wan)輛,環比分(fen)別(bie)增長20.3%和(he)12.3%;同比分(fen)別(bie)增長14.6%和(he)6.9%。本(ben)月重(zhong)型貨車產銷分(fen)別(bie)完(wan)成(cheng)11.9萬(wan)輛和(he)10.2萬(wan)輛,同比分(fen)別(bie)增長32.2%和(he)13.8%。

1-11月,商用車(che)(che)產銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)分(fen)別(bie)完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)386.3萬(wan)(wan)輛(liang)和387.9萬(wan)(wan)輛(liang),產量同(tong)比(bi)增長(chang)0.3%,銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)量下(xia)(xia)降1.6%。分(fen)車(che)(che)型產銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)情況看,客車(che)(che)產銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)分(fen)別(bie)完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)40.8萬(wan)(wan)輛(liang)和41.1萬(wan)(wan)輛(liang),同(tong)比(bi)分(fen)別(bie)下(xia)(xia)降6.1%和1.9%;貨車(che)(che)產銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)分(fen)別(bie)完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)345.5萬(wan)(wan)輛(liang)和346.8萬(wan)(wan)輛(liang),產量同(tong)比(bi)增長(chang)1.1%,銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)量同(tong)比(bi)下(xia)(xia)降1.5%,其(qi)中(zhong),重(zhong)型貨車(che)(che)產銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)分(fen)別(bie)完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)106.1萬(wan)(wan)輛(liang)和108.2萬(wan)(wan)輛(liang),同(tong)比(bi)分(fen)別(bie)增長(chang)4.7%和1.6%。

⑷.新能源汽車同比繼續下降

11月(yue),新能源汽車產(chan)銷分(fen)別(bie)完(wan)成11萬輛(liang)(liang)和9.5萬輛(liang)(liang),同(tong)比分(fen)別(bie)下(xia)(xia)降36.9%和43.7%。其中純電(dian)動汽車產(chan)銷分(fen)別(bie)完(wan)成9.6萬輛(liang)(liang)和8.1萬輛(liang)(liang),同(tong)比分(fen)別(bie)下(xia)(xia)降29.6%和41.2%;插電(dian)式混合(he)動力(li)汽車產(chan)銷均完(wan)成1.4萬輛(liang)(liang),同(tong)比分(fen)別(bie)下(xia)(xia)降63%和54.4%。

1-11月(yue),新(xin)能(neng)源汽(qi)(qi)車(che)產(chan)(chan)銷(xiao)(xiao)分別(bie)完成(cheng)109.3萬(wan)(wan)(wan)輛和(he)104.3萬(wan)(wan)(wan)輛,同(tong)比分別(bie)增長(chang)(chang)3.6%和(he)1.3%。其(qi)中(zhong)純電(dian)動(dong)汽(qi)(qi)車(che)產(chan)(chan)銷(xiao)(xiao)分別(bie)完成(cheng)89.1萬(wan)(wan)(wan)輛和(he)83.2萬(wan)(wan)(wan)輛,同(tong)比分別(bie)增長(chang)(chang)10.3%和(he)5.2%;插電(dian)式混合(he)動(dong)力(li)汽(qi)(qi)車(che)產(chan)(chan)銷(xiao)(xiao)分別(bie)完成(cheng)20.1萬(wan)(wan)(wan)輛和(he)21萬(wan)(wan)(wan)輛,同(tong)比分別(bie)下降18.7%和(he)12.1%;燃料電(dian)池汽(qi)(qi)車(che)產(chan)(chan)銷(xiao)(xiao)分別(bie)完成(cheng)1426輛和(he)1337輛,同(tong)比分別(bie)增長(chang)(chang)398.6%和(he)375.8%。

⑸.中國品(pin)牌乘用車市場份額下降

2019年11月,中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)品(pin)牌(pai)乘用車(che)共銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)80.6萬(wan)(wan)輛(liang),同(tong)(tong)比(bi)下降11.4%,占(zhan)(zhan)乘用車(che)銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)總(zong)(zong)量(liang)的39.2%,比(bi)上(shang)年同(tong)(tong)期(qi)下降2.7個百(bai)分(fen)(fen)點(dian)(dian)(dian);其中(zhong):中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)品(pin)牌(pai)轎車(che)銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)18.6萬(wan)(wan)輛(liang),同(tong)(tong)比(bi)下降20.9%,占(zhan)(zhan)轎車(che)銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)總(zong)(zong)量(liang)的19.3%,比(bi)上(shang)年同(tong)(tong)期(qi)下降2.5個百(bai)分(fen)(fen)點(dian)(dian)(dian);中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)品(pin)牌(pai)SUV銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)49.2萬(wan)(wan)輛(liang),同(tong)(tong)比(bi)下降5.5%,占(zhan)(zhan)SUV銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)總(zong)(zong)量(liang)的52.6%,比(bi)上(shang)年同(tong)(tong)期(qi)下降4.9個百(bai)分(fen)(fen)點(dian)(dian)(dian);中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)品(pin)牌(pai)MPV銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)9.3萬(wan)(wan)輛(liang),同(tong)(tong)比(bi)下降19.8%,占(zhan)(zhan)MPV銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)總(zong)(zong)量(liang)的75.9%,比(bi)上(shang)年同(tong)(tong)期(qi)下降1.9個百(bai)分(fen)(fen)點(dian)(dian)(dian)。

1-11月,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)品(pin)牌乘用(yong)車共銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)(shou)747.8萬(wan)輛,同(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)(bi)下(xia)(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)16.9%,占乘用(yong)車銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)(shou)總量的(de)(de)38.9%,比(bi)(bi)(bi)上年同(tong)(tong)期下(xia)(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)3個(ge)(ge)百分點(dian);其(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong):中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)品(pin)牌轎(jiao)車銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)(shou)181.4萬(wan)輛,同(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)(bi)下(xia)(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)16.6%,占轎(jiao)車銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)(shou)總量的(de)(de)19.6%,比(bi)(bi)(bi)上年同(tong)(tong)期下(xia)(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)1.1個(ge)(ge)百分點(dian);中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)品(pin)牌SUV銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)(shou)438.8萬(wan)輛,同(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)(bi)下(xia)(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)16.2%,占SUV銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)(shou)總量的(de)(de)52.5%,比(bi)(bi)(bi)上年同(tong)(tong)期下(xia)(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)5.7個(ge)(ge)百分點(dian);中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)品(pin)牌MPV銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)(shou)92.4萬(wan)輛,同(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)(bi)下(xia)(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)22.3%,占MPV銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)(shou)總量的(de)(de)74.8%,比(bi)(bi)(bi)上年同(tong)(tong)期下(xia)(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)1.5個(ge)(ge)百分點(dian)。

⑹.重點企(qi)業(ye)集團市場集中度(du)高于同期(qi)

1-11月(yue),汽車銷量(liang)排(pai)名前十位的企業(ye)集(ji)團銷量(liang)合計為2087.2萬輛,同(tong)比下降7.8%,高于(yu)行業(ye)增速(su)1.3個百分(fen)(fen)點(dian)。占汽車銷售總量(liang)的90.3%,高于(yu)上(shang)年同(tong)期1.3個百分(fen)(fen)點(dian)。

⑺.汽車出口(kou)同比增長

11月,汽(qi)車出(chu)口(kou)同比(bi)增長(chang)。當月,汽(qi)車企業出(chu)口(kou)8.3萬(wan)輛(liang),環比(bi)下(xia)(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)4.3%,同比(bi)增長(chang)8.3%。分車型看,乘用車本月出(chu)口(kou)6萬(wan)輛(liang),環比(bi)下(xia)(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)7.8%,同比(bi)增長(chang)18.6%;商(shang)用車出(chu)口(kou)2.3萬(wan)輛(liang),環比(bi)增長(chang)6.1%,同比(bi)下(xia)(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)12%。

1-11月,汽(qi)車(che)(che)企業出(chu)口(kou)91.8萬(wan)(wan)輛,同(tong)比下(xia)降(jiang)4.5%,降(jiang)幅較1-10月縮小1.1個百(bai)分點。分車(che)(che)型看,乘(cheng)用車(che)(che)出(chu)口(kou)64.6萬(wan)(wan)輛,同(tong)比下(xia)降(jiang)7.9%;商用車(che)(che)出(chu)口(kou)27.1萬(wan)(wan)輛,同(tong)比增(zeng)長4.6%。

2.摩托車情況

⑴.摩托車產(chan)銷(xiao)同比保持快速增長

11月,摩(mo)托車產(chan)(chan)銷(xiao)(xiao)表現總體較好,產(chan)(chan)銷(xiao)(xiao)量環比和(he)同(tong)比均實現增(zeng)長(chang)(chang),其中(zhong)同(tong)比增(zeng)速(su)非(fei)常(chang)顯著。當月完(wan)成(cheng)產(chan)(chan)銷(xiao)(xiao)168.5萬(wan)輛(liang)(liang)(liang)和(he)159.8萬(wan)輛(liang)(liang)(liang),環比增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)12.1%和(he)9.5%,同(tong)比增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)37.8%和(he)32.2%,同(tong)比增(zeng)速(su)比上(shang)月加快8.1和(he)6.3個百分(fen)點(dian)。其中(zhong),二(er)輪車產(chan)(chan)銷(xiao)(xiao)151.4萬(wan)輛(liang)(liang)(liang)和(he)143萬(wan)輛(liang)(liang)(liang),同(tong)比增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)40.6%和(he)34.4%;三輪車產(chan)(chan)銷(xiao)(xiao)17萬(wan)輛(liang)(liang)(liang)和(he)16.8萬(wan)輛(liang)(liang)(liang),同(tong)比增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)17.2%和(he)16.2%。

1-11月,全(quan)行業累計(ji)產銷1570.7萬輛和(he)1552.3萬輛,同比增長(chang)10.5%和(he)9.1%,增速(su)比1-10月加快2.6和(he)2.2個百分點。

⑵.摩托(tuo)車(che)出(chu)口(kou)實現年內新高

11月,摩托(tuo)車(che)出(chu)口增速明顯加(jia)(jia)快,當(dang)月出(chu)口量(liang)實現年內新(xin)高。當(dang)月出(chu)口摩托(tuo)車(che)66.7萬(wan)輛(liang)(liang),環比(bi)(bi)增長(chang)22.4%,同(tong)比(bi)(bi)增長(chang)19.8%,同(tong)比(bi)(bi)增速比(bi)(bi)上月加(jia)(jia)快10.8個百分點。其(qi)中,二(er)輪(lun)車(che)出(chu)口63.4萬(wan)輛(liang)(liang),同(tong)比(bi)(bi)增長(chang)20.1%;三輪(lun)車(che)出(chu)口3.4萬(wan)輛(liang)(liang),同(tong)比(bi)(bi)增長(chang)13.5%。

1-11月,累計出口摩托(tuo)車645.4萬輛,同比下(xia)降(jiang)3.4%,降(jiang)幅進一步收窄。
