摘要: 本發明提供的一種磨削加工中未變形切屑最大厚度預測方法,本發明通過獲取磨削用砂輪的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)作表(biao)面(mian)幾何(he)參(can)數(shu)(shu)及(ji)運動(dong)參(can)數(shu)(shu)以(yi)及(ji)獲(huo)取工(gong)件(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)被磨(mo)削(xue)表(biao)面(mian)幾何(he)參(can)數(shu)(shu)及(ji)運動(dong)參(can)數(shu)(shu),最終預測磨(mo)削(xue)加工(gong)中(zhong)未變形切屑最大厚(hou)度;本發明獲(huo)取磨(mo)削(xue)砂輪(lun)(lun)的(de)(de)(de)(de)表(biao)面(mian)參(can)數(shu)(shu)以(yi)及(ji)運動(dong)參(can)數(shu)(shu),消(xiao)除現有技術(shu)中(zhong)所有的(de)(de)(de)(de)磨(mo)粒假(jia)設為(wei)(wei)球形且(qie)大小相(xiang)等(deng)以(yi)及(ji)磨(mo)粒位(wei)置在砂輪(lun)(lun)表(biao)面(mian)均勻分布且(qie)突起(qi)高度相(xiang)等(deng)而出(chu)現的(de)(de)(de)(de)技術(shu)問題(ti),最終結果能夠反映磨(mo)粒的(de)(de)(de)(de)隨機(ji)分布的(de)(de)(de)(de)特(te)性,較為(wei)(wei)準確的(de)(de)(de)(de)對不同磨(mo)削(xue)參(can)數(shu)(shu)以(yi)及(ji)砂輪(lun)(lun)修整(zheng)參(can)數(shu)(shu)下的(de)(de)(de)(de)未變形切屑最大厚(hou)度進行(xing)預測,從而為(wei)(wei)磨(mo)削(xue)參(can)數(shu)(shu)以(yi)及(ji)砂輪(lun)(lun)修整(zheng)參(can)數(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)選擇提(ti)供理論依據。
