摘要: 本發明涉及一種用于切割軟金屬的樹脂砂輪的制備方法,包括以下質量組分,25?40質量份的黑碳化硅、20?40質量份的白剛玉、25?40質量份的棕剛玉、4?8質量份的酚醛樹脂液、0.5?1質量份的炭黑、8?12質量份的氟鋁酸鉀、12?16質量份的酚醛樹脂粉;本發明采用黑碳化硅、白剛玉、棕剛玉復合磨料,黑碳化硅磨(mo)料硬度高(gao),顆粒形狀(zhuang)多為針狀(zhuang)和片(pian)狀(zhuang),具有鋒利的(de)(de)(de)切(qie)削(xue)刃,在切(qie)割(ge)軟金屬材料時有其獨特的(de)(de)(de)優勢,并且(qie)由于結合劑酚醛樹脂含(han)量和坯體成型密度較(jiao)低,從而(er)能夠(gou)達到(dao)較(jiao)低的(de)(de)(de)產品硬度,從而(er)使得砂輪(lun)在切(qie)割(ge)過(guo)程中隨著(zhu)磨(mo)粒的(de)(de)(de)磨(mo)鈍(dun),能夠(gou)及時從砂輪(lun)上脫落(luo)從而(er)露出新的(de)(de)(de)切(qie)削(xue)刃,并且(qie)低成型密度、以及高(gao)氣孔(kong)率能夠(gou)有效排屑,不(bu)會造成砂輪(lun)氣孔(kong)堵塞,從而(er)實現(xian)砂輪(lun)持續高(gao)效切(qie)割(ge)。

1.一種用(yong)于切割軟(ruan)金屬(shu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)樹(shu)脂砂輪(lun)(lun)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)制(zhi)備方法(fa),包括(kuo)以下(xia)步(bu)驟:S1)、取25-40質(zhi)量(liang)份(fen)粒度(du)為(wei)(wei)30#的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)黑(hei)碳化(hua)硅、20-40質(zhi)量(liang)份(fen)粒度(du)為(wei)(wei)36#的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)白剛玉、25-40質(zhi)量(liang)份(fen)粒度(du)為(wei)(wei)36#的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)棕剛玉、4-8質(zhi)量(liang)份(fen)粘度(du)為(wei)(wei)800-1200mpa.s的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)酚(fen)醛(quan)樹(shu)脂液(ye)加(jia)入(ru)(ru)到(dao)混(hun)(hun)料(liao)(liao)鍋A中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),攪拌混(hun)(hun)合(he)(he)3-5min,然后(hou)(hou)加(jia)入(ru)(ru)0.5-1質(zhi)量(liang)份(fen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)炭黑(hei),攪拌混(hun)(hun)合(he)(he)15-18min;S2)、取8-12質(zhi)量(liang)份(fen)細(xi)度(du)為(wei)(wei)200-300目的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)氟(fu)鋁酸鉀、12-16質(zhi)量(liang)份(fen)細(xi)度(du)為(wei)(wei)200-300目的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)酚(fen)醛(quan)樹(shu)脂粉加(jia)入(ru)(ru)到(dao)混(hun)(hun)合(he)(he)鍋B中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)混(hun)(hun)合(he)(he)均勻;S3)、將(jiang)步(bu)驟S1)混(hun)(hun)合(he)(he)鍋A中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)混(hun)(hun)料(liao)(liao)加(jia)入(ru)(ru)到(dao)步(bu)驟S2)混(hun)(hun)合(he)(he)鍋B中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),并攪拌混(hun)(hun)合(he)(he)均勻;S4)、將(jiang)步(bu)驟S3)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)混(hun)(hun)料(liao)(liao)倒入(ru)(ru)模(mo)具中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),然后(hou)(hou)通過刮板攤平整混(hun)(hun)合(he)(he)料(liao)(liao),然后(hou)(hou)放入(ru)(ru)第一張(zhang)玻纖網(wang)布、墊圈,預壓后(hou)(hou)翻轉模(mo)具,再(zai)放入(ru)(ru)第二張(zhang)網(wang)布,加(jia)模(mo)蓋后(hou)(hou)將(jiang)模(mo)具送入(ru)(ru)壓機中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)壓制(zhi)成型(xing),得(de)到(dao)厚度(du)為(wei)(wei)2.5±0.1mm的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)砂輪(lun)(lun)坯(pi)(pi)體(ti);S5)、將(jiang)壓制(zhi)成型(xing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)砂輪(lun)(lun)坯(pi)(pi)體(ti)每(mei)兩片之間(jian)用(yong)特氟(fu)龍布隔開(kai)、每(mei)5片坯(pi)(pi)體(ti)之間(jian)用(yong)平型(xing)鋁板隔開(kai),經彈簧加(jia)壓后(hou)(hou)放入(ru)(ru)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)為(wei)(wei)60℃的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電阻式(shi)(shi)箱式(shi)(shi)爐中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)干燥(zao)3-4h、然后(hou)(hou)在(zai)固(gu)化(hua)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)從(cong)80℃逐(zhu)漸(jian)升(sheng)(sheng)溫(wen)(wen)至170℃的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)條(tiao)件下(xia),固(gu)化(hua)15-20h;其(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),固(gu)化(hua)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)由80℃升(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)100℃后(hou)(hou)保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)(wen)1-2小(xiao)時(shi),其(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),升(sheng)(sheng)溫(wen)(wen)時(shi)間(jian)為(wei)(wei)2小(xiao)時(shi);固(gu)化(hua)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)由100℃升(sheng)(sheng)溫(wen)(wen)到(dao)120℃后(hou)(hou)保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)(wen)1.5-2.5小(xiao)時(shi),其(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),升(sheng)(sheng)溫(wen)(wen)時(shi)間(jian)為(wei)(wei)2.5小(xiao)時(shi);固(gu)化(hua)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)由120℃升(sheng)(sheng)溫(wen)(wen)到(dao)170℃后(hou)(hou)保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)(wen)5-8小(xiao)時(shi),其(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),升(sheng)(sheng)溫(wen)(wen)時(shi)間(jian)5小(xiao)時(shi),從(cong)而得(de)到(dao)密度(du)為(wei)(wei)2.20g/cm3的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)樹(shu)脂砂輪(lun)(lun)。
