2019年1月31日國(guo)家統(tong)計局服務業(ye)(ye)調查(cha)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)和中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)物(wu)流(liu)與采(cai)(cai)購聯合會發布了中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)采(cai)(cai)購經理指數。對此(ci),國(guo)家統(tong)計局服務業(ye)(ye)調查(cha)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)高級統(tong)計師趙(zhao)慶河進行了解讀(du)。
一、制造業采購經理指數略有回升
1月份,制造業PMI為(wei)49.5%,連(lian)續(xu)4個(ge)(ge)(ge)月(yue)(yue)(yue)回落后(hou),比(bi)上(shang)(shang)月(yue)(yue)(yue)微升(sheng)(sheng)0.1個(ge)(ge)(ge)百(bai)(bai)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。本(ben)月(yue)(yue)(yue)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)業(ye)PMI主要特點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian):一是(shi)(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)業(ye)生產擴張略有加(jia)快(kuai)(kuai)。生產指數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)為(wei)50.9%,略高于(yu)(yu)上(shang)(shang)月(yue)(yue)(yue)0.1個(ge)(ge)(ge)百(bai)(bai)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。新訂單(dan)指數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)為(wei)49.6%,比(bi)上(shang)(shang)月(yue)(yue)(yue)下降0.1個(ge)(ge)(ge)百(bai)(bai)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。其中(zhong),反映外部(bu)需求(qiu)的新出(chu)(chu)口訂單(dan)指數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)為(wei)46.9%,比(bi)上(shang)(shang)月(yue)(yue)(yue)回升(sheng)(sheng)0.3個(ge)(ge)(ge)百(bai)(bai)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。二是(shi)(shi)主要原材料(liao)購進價(jia)格(ge)(ge)和(he)(he)出(chu)(chu)廠(chang)(chang)價(jia)格(ge)(ge)總(zong)體水平降幅(fu)收(shou)窄。主要原材料(liao)購進價(jia)格(ge)(ge)指數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)和(he)(he)出(chu)(chu)廠(chang)(chang)價(jia)格(ge)(ge)指數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)在連(lian)續(xu)3個(ge)(ge)(ge)月(yue)(yue)(yue)下行后(hou),本(ben)月(yue)(yue)(yue)環比(bi)上(shang)(shang)升(sheng)(sheng)1.5和(he)(he)1.2個(ge)(ge)(ge)百(bai)(bai)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)別(bie)為(wei)46.3%和(he)(he)44.5%,但(dan)仍處于(yu)(yu)收(shou)縮區(qu)間。其中(zhong),食(shi)品(pin)及(ji)酒飲料(liao)精制(zhi)(zhi)茶、煙草制(zhi)(zhi)品(pin)、紡(fang)織服(fu)裝(zhuang)服(fu)飾(shi)、木材加(jia)工(gong)及(ji)家(jia)具(ju)等(deng)與消費(fei)(fei)密(mi)切(qie)相(xiang)關制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)業(ye)的出(chu)(chu)廠(chang)(chang)價(jia)格(ge)(ge)指數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)位于(yu)(yu)擴張區(qu)間。三是(shi)(shi)大(da)型企(qi)業(ye)發展預期較(jiao)為(wei)樂(le)觀。大(da)型企(qi)業(ye)PMI為(wei)51.3%,比(bi)上(shang)(shang)月(yue)(yue)(yue)上(shang)(shang)升(sheng)(sheng)1.2個(ge)(ge)(ge)百(bai)(bai)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),高于(yu)(yu)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)業(ye)總(zong)體1.8個(ge)(ge)(ge)百(bai)(bai)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。同時,大(da)型企(qi)業(ye)生產經(jing)營活(huo)動(dong)預期指數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)為(wei)55.4%,比(bi)上(shang)(shang)月(yue)(yue)(yue)上(shang)(shang)升(sheng)(sheng)0.6個(ge)(ge)(ge)百(bai)(bai)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),大(da)型企(qi)業(ye)運(yun)行基(ji)本(ben)穩(wen)定(ding),對未來市(shi)場發展預期相(xiang)對樂(le)觀。另外,本(ben)月(yue)(yue)(yue)中(zhong)、小型企(qi)業(ye)PMI為(wei)47.2%和(he)(he)47.3%,分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)別(bie)比(bi)上(shang)(shang)月(yue)(yue)(yue)回落1.2和(he)(he)1.3個(ge)(ge)(ge)百(bai)(bai)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。四是(shi)(shi)新動(dong)能持續(xu)積蓄,節日消費(fei)(fei)效應顯(xian)現。高技術(shu)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)業(ye)和(he)(he)消費(fei)(fei)品(pin)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)業(ye)生產指數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)為(wei)51.6%和(he)(he)51.5%,分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)別(bie)比(bi)上(shang)(shang)月(yue)(yue)(yue)上(shang)(shang)升(sheng)(sheng)3.2和(he)(he)1.3個(ge)(ge)(ge)百(bai)(bai)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),均明顯(xian)高于(yu)(yu)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)業(ye)總(zong)體水平,企(qi)業(ye)生產活(huo)動(dong)加(jia)快(kuai)(kuai)。
調(diao)查(cha)結果顯示(shi),反(fan)映(ying)原(yuan)材(cai)料成(cheng)本高和(he)人民幣匯率波(bo)動(dong)對企(qi)業生產經(jing)營帶來(lai)一(yi)定影響的企(qi)業比(bi)重為34.5%和(he)12.7%,分別比(bi)上月下降2.9和(he)1.2個(ge)百分點,均連續三個(ge)月回落,表明近期企(qi)業原(yuan)材(cai)料采購成(cheng)本壓力有所緩解(jie),人民幣匯率波(bo)動(dong)影響也有所減輕(qing)。
二、非制造業商務活動指數繼續上升
1月份(fen),非(fei)制(zhi)造(zao)業商務活動指數為54.7%,比上月上升0.9個(ge)百分(fen)點,且(qie)高(gao)于(yu)2018年(nian)均(jun)值0.3個(ge)百分(fen)點,非(fei)制(zhi)造(zao)業總(zong)體擴張步伐(fa)有所加(jia)快(kuai),開局(ju)向好(hao)。
服(fu)務(wu)(wu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)回升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)明顯(xian)。服(fu)務(wu)(wu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)商(shang)務(wu)(wu)活(huo)(huo)動指(zhi)數為(wei)53.6%,比(bi)(bi)上(shang)月(yue)上(shang)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)1.3個(ge)百分(fen)點(dian)(dian),服(fu)務(wu)(wu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)景氣(qi)度(du)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)至(zhi)7個(ge)月(yue)以(yi)(yi)來的(de)高(gao)點(dian)(dian)。在調查的(de)21個(ge)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)中(zhong),15個(ge)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)商(shang)務(wu)(wu)活(huo)(huo)動指(zhi)數高(gao)于臨界點(dian)(dian),服(fu)務(wu)(wu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)總(zong)體運行(xing)平(ping)穩向好。從行(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)情況看,批發(fa)、鐵路運輸(shu)、航空運輸(shu)、郵政快(kuai)遞、電信、銀行(xing)、保險(xian)、旅游(you)等(deng)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)商(shang)務(wu)(wu)活(huo)(huo)動指(zhi)數位于57.0%及以(yi)(yi)上(shang)較高(gao)景氣(qi)區間,表明在節日效應和消(xiao)費(fei)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)級等(deng)因素拉(la)動下(xia),相關行(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)表現比(bi)(bi)較活(huo)(huo)躍。但證券、房地(di)產(chan)等(deng)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)連續位于收縮(suo)區間,行(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)景氣(qi)度(du)偏弱。從市(shi)(shi)場需(xu)求看,服(fu)務(wu)(wu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)新訂單指(zhi)數為(wei)50.2%,高(gao)于上(shang)月(yue)0.9個(ge)百分(fen)點(dian)(dian),重回擴張區間。隨(sui)著市(shi)(shi)場需(xu)求加快(kuai)釋放,投入品價格(ge)指(zhi)數上(shang)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)2.2個(ge)百分(fen)點(dian)(dian)至(zhi)51.8%,升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)至(zhi)臨界點(dian)(dian)以(yi)(yi)上(shang);銷(xiao)售價格(ge)指(zhi)數雖仍(reng)處(chu)于臨界點(dian)(dian)以(yi)(yi)下(xia),但回升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)2.1個(ge)百分(fen)點(dian)(dian)至(zhi)49.4%,企業(ye)(ye)(ye)銷(xiao)售價格(ge)總(zong)體水平(ping)降幅明顯(xian)收窄。
建筑(zhu)(zhu)業景氣(qi)度高(gao)位(wei)(wei)回落(luo)。商務活動(dong)指數為60.9%,繼續(xu)位(wei)(wei)于高(gao)位(wei)(wei)景氣(qi)區(qu)間,但比上月(yue)回落(luo)1.7個(ge)百分(fen)點(dian),表明受冬季低溫天氣(qi)和(he)春(chun)節(jie)臨近企業員(yuan)工(gong)集中返鄉等因(yin)素影響,建筑(zhu)(zhu)業生產(chan)增速有(you)所放緩。從市(shi)場需(xu)求看,建筑(zhu)(zhu)業新(xin)訂單(dan)指數為55.8%,雖比上月(yue)回落(luo)0.7個(ge)百分(fen)點(dian),但連(lian)續(xu)位(wei)(wei)于較高(gao)景氣(qi)區(qu)間,市(shi)場需(xu)求總體(ti)穩(wen)定(ding),近期建筑(zhu)(zhu)業有(you)望繼續(xu)保(bao)持平穩(wen)擴(kuo)張(zhang)。
三、綜合PMI產出指數擴張加快
1月(yue)份,綜(zong)合PMI產(chan)(chan)出指(zhi)數為(wei)53.2%,高(gao)于上月(yue)0.6個(ge)百(bai)(bai)分點,景氣度有所回(hui)升,反映(ying)我國企(qi)業(ye)(ye)生產(chan)(chan)經營活(huo)動總體增速加(jia)快。構成綜(zong)合PMI產(chan)(chan)出指(zhi)數的制造(zao)業(ye)(ye)生產(chan)(chan)指(zhi)數和(he)非制造(zao)業(ye)(ye)商務(wu)活(huo)動指(zhi)數為(wei)50.9%和(he)54.7%,分別(bie)比上月(yue)上升0.1和(he)0.9個(ge)百(bai)(bai)分點,表明(ming)非制造(zao)業(ye)(ye)穩定經濟(ji)增長(chang)的作(zuo)用進一(yi)步增強。
