一、新船成(cheng)交量略(lve)有(you)上漲但頹勢已現
2018年(nian)(nian)(nian)全球新(xin)船(chuan)成交(jiao)(jiao)935艘、7580萬(wan)DWT、2864萬(wan)CGT,以DWT計(ji)同比(bi)下降12.9%,以CGT計(ji)同比(bi)上漲4.1%。考(kao)慮到(dao)克拉克森的(de)統(tong)計(ji)時滯(zhi),預計(ji)2018年(nian)(nian)(nian)的(de)全年(nian)(nian)(nian)成交(jiao)(jiao)量為8700萬(wan)DWT,與2017年(nian)(nian)(nian)成交(jiao)(jiao)基本持平。(以2017年(nian)(nian)(nian)新(xin)船(chuan)成交(jiao)(jiao)為例,2018年(nian)(nian)(nian)1月時的(de)統(tong)計(ji)數(shu)據顯示2017年(nian)(nian)(nian)新(xin)船(chuan)成交(jiao)(jiao)7382萬(wan)DWT,而2018年(nian)(nian)(nian)12月數(shu)據顯示2017年(nian)(nian)(nian)新(xin)船(chuan)成交(jiao)(jiao)為8702萬(wan)DWT,相比(bi)最初的(de)統(tong)計(ji)數(shu)據增加18%)。
從月度成交量來看,2018年新造船成交呈前(qian)高后低之(zhi)(zhi)勢,1月(yue)成交1225萬(wan)(wan)DWT為年(nian)(nian)度最高點,之(zhi)(zhi)后伴隨(sui)著中美(mei)貿易摩擦的愈(yu)演愈(yu)烈(lie),新船成交量下半年(nian)(nian)整(zheng)體下行(xing),分季度分別成交2907萬(wan)(wan)DWT、1733萬(wan)(wan)DWT、1765萬(wan)(wan)DWT、1172萬(wan)(wan)DWT。
周期(qi)性(xing)力(li)量重現(xian)(xian)(xian),此輪船市(shi)短(duan)周期(qi)下行(xing)(xing)或已(yi)出現(xian)(xian)(xian)。從(cong)12個(ge)月新船成交量移動求和的(de)角度看(kan),新造船市(shi)場短(duan)周期(qi)的(de)低點出現(xian)(xian)(xian)在(zai)2016年(nian)12月為(wei)2902萬DWT,高峰出現(xian)(xian)(xian)在(zai)2018年(nian)3月為(wei)1.07億(yi)DWT,目前(qian)呈下行(xing)(xing)趨勢(shi),2018年(nian)12月這(zhe)一值(zhi)為(wei)7580萬DWT。
二、新船價格有所(suo)回(hui)升但船廠分羹有限
新(xin)造船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)價(jia)(jia)(jia)格(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)有所回升(sheng),但歸于(yu)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)廠的(de)(de)利潤有限(xian)。2018年(nian)12月,克(ke)拉克(ke)松(song)新(xin)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)價(jia)(jia)(jia)格(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)指(zhi)數(shu)為(wei)129.9點(dian),同比(bi)上(shang)(shang)(shang)升(sheng)4.2%,這(zhe)是新(xin)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)價(jia)(jia)(jia)格(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)連(lian)續第15個月同比(bi)上(shang)(shang)(shang)漲(zhang),但環(huan)比(bi)上(shang)(shang)(shang)新(xin)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)價(jia)(jia)(jia)格(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)已經有所松(song)動。從供給的(de)(de)成本來看,整個業內都在應對即將來臨的(de)(de)環(huan)保規范,無論船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)東是否選擇安裝(zhuang)脫硫設(she)備,壓(ya)載水(產(chan)品推薦)裝(zhuang)備是必(bi)須(xu)的(de)(de),部(bu)分船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)型需滿足Tier3的(de)(de)要求,這(zhe)都支撐了新(xin)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)價(jia)(jia)(jia)格(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)的(de)(de)上(shang)(shang)(shang)升(sheng),鋼(gang)材價(jia)(jia)(jia)格(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)的(de)(de)上(shang)(shang)(shang)漲(zhang)等成本壓(ya)力使得船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)廠降價(jia)(jia)(jia)空(kong)間有限(xian),船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)廠也認(ren)識到低價(jia)(jia)(jia)接有毒訂單的(de)(de)傷害;從需求側來看,船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶運營收(shou)益的(de)(de)增(zeng)加(jia)也支撐了船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶資產(chan)價(jia)(jia)(jia)格(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)的(de)(de)上(shang)(shang)(shang)漲(zhang)。未來二手(shou)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)價(jia)(jia)(jia)格(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)將出現兩(liang)極分化,新(xin)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)或者環(huan)保符合要求的(de)(de)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)價(jia)(jia)(jia)格(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)將走高,而年(nian)齡較舊的(de)(de)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶大概率將向拆船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)價(jia)(jia)(jia)格(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)靠攏。從各船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)型來看,相比(bi)2017年(nian)同期,12月份氣船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)價(jia)(jia)(jia)格(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)上(shang)(shang)(shang)升(sheng)1.2%,油船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)價(jia)(jia)(jia)格(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)上(shang)(shang)(shang)漲(zhang)8.7%,集裝(zhuang)箱船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)價(jia)(jia)(jia)格(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)上(shang)(shang)(shang)升(sheng)14.5%,散(san)貨(huo)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)價(jia)(jia)(jia)格(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)上(shang)(shang)(shang)升(sheng)9.6%(均為(wei)新(xin)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)價(jia)(jia)(jia)格(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)指(zhi)數(shu))。
近期中(zhong)美(mei)貿易摩擦在(zai)習特會(hui)后(hou)有所緩和(he),人(ren)民(min)(min)幣(bi)一度升值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)至(zhi)6.85附近,之后(hou)又貶(bian)(bian)值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)至(zhi)6.9附近,相比于2017年(nian)的(de)單(dan)邊升值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),2018年(nian)的(de)單(dan)邊貶(bian)(bian)值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)利(li)好我國造船業,從(cong)貨(huo)幣(bi)的(de)房價購買力(li)和(he)M2的(de)存量來看,似乎人(ren)民(min)(min)幣(bi)貶(bian)(bian)值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)壓力(li)較(jiao)大,但考慮到(dao)我國當前的(de)匯率管控制(zhi)度、人(ren)民(min)(min)幣(bi)大幅貶(bian)(bian)值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)外溢效應、美(mei)元指(zhi)數(shu)未來可能逐漸走弱(ruo),再指(zhi)望通過貶(bian)(bian)值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(2019年(nian),人(ren)民(min)(min)幣(bi)有可能跟(gen)隨美(mei)元指(zhi)數(shu)先貶(bian)(bian)值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)后(hou)升值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi))來提成(cheng)造船競爭力(li)的(de)辦法(fa)恐怕行(xing)不通。
三、成交結構從三大主力船型向(xiang)四大主力船型轉變
以(yi)(yi)DWT、CGT、金(jin)額(e)來(lai)觀察新船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)成交(jiao)結構(gou)時有不同的視野。以(yi)(yi)DWT計,油船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)、散(san)貨船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)、集(ji)(ji)裝箱(xiang)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)、LNG船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)、LPG船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)分(fen)別成交(jiao)2279萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)DWT、3033萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)DWT、1318萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)DWT、605萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)DWT、95萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)DWT,占比(bi)(bi)分(fen)別為(wei)(wei)30.1%、40%、17.4%、8%、1.3%。盡管以(yi)(yi)DWT計,仍是油散(san)集(ji)(ji)為(wei)(wei)三大主力船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)型,但以(yi)(yi)CGT計LNG船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)的份(fen)額(e)大幅上升(sheng)。以(yi)(yi)CGT計,油船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)、散(san)貨船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)、集(ji)(ji)裝箱(xiang)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)、LNG船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)、LPG船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)、豪華(hua)(hua)郵(you)輪(lun)(lun)分(fen)別成交(jiao)511萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)CGT、612萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)CGT、586萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)CGT、568萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)CGT、58萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)CGT、201萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)CGT,占比(bi)(bi)分(fen)別為(wei)(wei)17.8%、21.4%、20.5%、19.8%、2.0%、7.0%。以(yi)(yi)金(jin)額(e)計豪華(hua)(hua)郵(you)輪(lun)(lun)份(fen)額(e)顯著提升(sheng),2018年前11月,油船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)、散(san)貨船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)、集(ji)(ji)裝箱(xiang)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)、LNG船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)、LPG船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)、豪華(hua)(hua)郵(you)輪(lun)(lun)分(fen)別成交(jiao)86.7萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)美(mei)(mei)(mei)元(yuan)、76.1萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)美(mei)(mei)(mei)元(yuan)、105.4萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)美(mei)(mei)(mei)元(yuan)、85萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)美(mei)(mei)(mei)元(yuan)、21萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)美(mei)(mei)(mei)元(yuan)、117.5萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)美(mei)(mei)(mei)元(yuan),占比(bi)(bi)分(fen)別為(wei)(wei)14.7%、12.9%、17.9%、14.5%、3.5%、20.0%。
中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)造船界(jie)向來習慣用DWT來衡(heng)量自己的(de)國(guo)(guo)際競爭力,實質(zhi)以CGT、金(jin)(jin)額計算(suan)時與(yu)國(guo)(guo)外差距較大,在(zai)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)目標(biao)為高質(zhi)量發展的(de)今天,中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)造船界(jie)也應(ying)當(dang)多使用CGT的(de)數(shu)據,從而與(yu)國(guo)(guo)際接軌,同時向金(jin)(jin)額第一的(de)目標(biao)努(nu)力。
四、各細(xi)分船型漲(zhang)跌不(bu)一,LNG船成為市場亮點
液化氣船、集裝箱船成(cheng)交三(san)連漲,油船、散貨船、豪華(hua)郵輪成(cheng)交有所回落。
得益(yi)于中(zhong)(zhong)國的藍天保衛戰(zhan),中(zhong)(zhong)國的天然(ran)氣(qi)需(xu)求增加迅猛,LNG船(chuan)即期收益(yi)已于11月(yue)份達到18.6萬(wan)美元(yuan)/天創歷史新高(gao)(近(jin)期回(hui)落至10萬(wan)美元(yuan)/天),LNG船(chuan)新造訂單也快速增加,2018年LNG船(chuan)總計(ji)成交1154萬(wan)立方,其中(zhong)(zhong)成交了66艘(sou)17萬(wan)方以上大(da)型LNG船(chuan),合計(ji)1133萬(wan)方,全部(bu)由韓國三大(da)船(chuan)廠獲得,其中(zhong)(zhong)大(da)宇造船(chuan)獲得18艘(sou)、現代重工30艘(sou)、三星重工18艘(sou),我國僅有江南造船(chuan)獲得2艘(sou)7.98萬(wan)方的LNG船(chuan)。
在經過了2017年(nian)全球經濟(ji)強勁復蘇之后(hou),集(ji)裝箱船(chuan)(chuan)收益有(you)所(suo)增(zeng)加(jia),特別是支(zhi)線型船(chuan)(chuan)的(de)訂單始終保持一定的(de)熱度(du),2018年(nian)的(de)市場(chang)盡管受到中(zhong)美(mei)貿易摩(mo)擦的(de)影(ying)響,但在現(xian)代商船(chuan)(chuan)、日本(ben)今治、長榮海運(yun)等的(de)大(da)型集(ji)裝箱訂造(zao)(zao)下(xia),2018年(nian)的(de)集(ji)裝箱船(chuan)(chuan)訂單繼續增(zeng)加(jia)。在萬(wan)(wan)箱以上的(de)集(ji)裝箱船(chuan)(chuan)訂單中(zhong),韓(han)國三(san)大(da)船(chuan)(chuan)廠以及(ji)日本(ben)今治造(zao)(zao)船(chuan)(chuan)成為大(da)贏家,韓(han)國三(san)大(da)船(chuan)(chuan)廠共獲(huo)得43艘(sou)、70.9萬(wan)(wan)TEU,日本(ben)今治造(zao)(zao)船(chuan)(chuan)獲(huo)得17艘(sou)、18.7萬(wan)(wan)TEU,我國僅有(you)揚子江獲(huo)得5艘(sou)12690TEU的(de)集(ji)裝箱船(chuan)(chuan)。
2018年(nian)的(de)BDI指數相比2017年(nian)并無(wu)明(ming)顯改善,但依舊在1000點以上(shang)運行,散貨(huo)船(chuan)2018年(nian)累計成交(jiao)3033萬DWT,散貨(huo)船(chuan)依舊是中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)船(chuan)廠的(de)天下,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)船(chuan)廠累計獲得2221萬DWT,占到全球成交(jiao)的(de)73.2%。新時代船(chuan)廠、外高橋船(chuan)廠分別接獲散貨(huo)船(chuan)416萬DWT、360萬DWT,在散貨(huo)船(chuan)市(shi)場(chang)競(jing)爭中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)遙遙領先(xian)。
盡管(guan)油(you)(you)價降低刺(ci)激的(de)(de)油(you)(you)運高(gao)峰已經過去,2017年(nian)的(de)(de)油(you)(you)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)綜合指數在11000美元(yuan)/天附近(jin)徘徊,但無法阻止船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)東訂購新船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)的(de)(de)熱情,2017年(nian)油(you)(you)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)新船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)訂單為3460萬(wan)DWT,進入到(dao)2018年(nian)油(you)(you)運市場(chang)持續走低(近(jin)期(qi)受伊朗制裁等(deng)因素有所反彈),油(you)(you)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)新造(zao)市場(chang)活(huo)躍(yue)度有所降低,2018年(nian)累(lei)計(ji)成交(jiao)(jiao)2280萬(wan)DWT,其中VLCC成交(jiao)(jiao)39艘、1195萬(wan)DWT,其中韓國三大船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)廠(chang)獲得1039萬(wan)DWT,占到(dao)VLCC成交(jiao)(jiao)的(de)(de)87%
